Message: Repent! Church!

Hello My Friend,

Same sex marriage, transgender pastors, polygamy, idol worship, these are some of the things going on in churches today. Not just any churches, but those who proclaim Christ. Now, anyone, regardless of the life they choose can come to Jesus and He will save them all the same, but when the Church becomes more corrupt than the world, then we have a problem. And if you think that Jesus is okay with these things, think again, He did not die for the Church so that they can make a mockery out of Him, and He will judge these churches, [Revelation 2:13-14,16  I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.  14  But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.  16  Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.]

God never places judgment upon anyone, especially His own, without giving ample warning of it first. Think about it, if God placed judgment upon all mankind simply for Adam and Eve eating a piece of fruit, He will certainly do it for turning His Church into one of Satan. Since Solomon was king Israel has been divided, in fact, they made up their own gods, and for hundreds of years, even though they knew God, only a remnant of them actually walk with Him. God was not destroying the people of Israel, he was destroying the land He gave them. Through Jeremiah, God calls for one last plea for them to turn to Him, and this was the last warning.

[Jeremiah 4:1-4.7,10  If thou wilt return, O Israel, saith the LORD, return unto me: and if thou wilt put away thine abominations out of my sight, then shalt thou not remove.  2  And thou shalt swear, The LORD liveth, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.  3  For thus saith the LORD to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns.  4  Circumcise yourselves to the LORD, and take away the foreskins of your heart, ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings. 7  The lion is come up from his thicket, and the destroyer of the Gentiles is on his way; he is gone forth from his place to make thy land desolate; and thy cities shall be laid waste, without an inhabitant.]

[and the destroyer of the Gentiles is on his way;] This would be Nebuchadnezzar, who is this roaring tearing lion, the destroyer of the nations, and now is on his way in full speed towards the land of Judah. Judah was about to be taken over by Babylon, but they refused to listen to Jeremiah and the other prophets who urged them to repent. The destroyer of the Gentiles shall be the destroyer of the Jews too, when they have by their idolatry made themselves like the Gentiles, [Romans 2:9-10  Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;  10  But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:]

The fear of God has gotten about as vain as the fear of parents, a job, or even the law. Many “Christians” are unruly, disrespectful of authority, and can care less that they are crucifying Jesus all over again with their sinful living. Do you think that God is going to take these things lightly? Yes, we are all sinners, we sin every day, but our salvation is not a means to live the way we please and not face the consequences for it. Judgment always comes to the house of God first because we ought to know better. And here is the reason why, they were taught by them by those whom they trusted to teach them the truth.

[Jeremiah 4:17-18,22,28  As keepers of a field, are they against her round about; because she hath been rebellious against me, saith the LORD.  18  Thy way and thy doings have procured these things unto thee; this is thy wickedness, because it is bitter, because it reacheth unto thine heart. 22  For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge. 28  For this shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black: because I have spoken it, I have purposed it, and will not repent, neither will I turn back from it.]

[because she hath been rebellious against me,] Let me tell you, anyone who falls into the trap of these churches is not entirely innocent, they follow them because they want to live in their sin. Since we are made in God’s image, He feels what we feel, and if His faithful are grieving over the state of our godless churches, just think of how God must feel. He will chasten every church that leads His people into sin because He made a promise not to put an end to them. Through Jeremiah, God goes explains this.

[Jeremiah 5:23,9-12,18  And though they say, The LORD liveth; surely they swear falsely.  3  O LORD, are not thine eyes upon the truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return. 9  Shall I not visit for these things? saith the LORD: and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?  10  Go ye up upon her walls, and destroy; but make not a full end: take away her battlements; for they are not the LORD’S.  11  For the house of Israel and the house of Judah have dealt very treacherously against me, saith the LORD.  12  They have belied the LORD, and said, It is not he; neither shall evil come upon us; neither shall we see sword nor famine: 18  Nevertheless in those days, saith the LORD, I will not make a full end with you.]

[They have belied the LORD, and said, It is not he;] The Church is guilty of denying the fact that God is angry, they refuse to even talk about hell, and why Jesus died on the cross to save them. These are the very churches who quote, [John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.], but deny, [John 3:18  He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.]

While God can and does intervene more than we realize, there does come a time where repentance is the only option, and if it is not taken, then there will be no mercy, and ignorance to the truth will not save anyone either. Through Jeremiah, God addresses the ignorant and the false prophet.

[Jeremiah 5:22-25,29  Fear ye not me? saith the LORD: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?  23  But this people hath a revolting and a rebellious heart; they are revolted and gone.  24  Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear the LORD our God, that giveth rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserveth unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.  25  Your iniquities have turned away these things, and your sins have withholden good things from you. 29  Shall I not visit for these things? saith the LORD: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?]

[he reserveth unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.] There is only one reason why God has not sent Jesus yet, there are still many souls yet to be saved. There will come a day when He will return for all His people, even in the grave, then He will send His angels to destroy whatever and whoever is left, [Matthew 13:28-30  He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?  29  But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.  30  Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.]

God does not want to see the earth destroyed, and He certainly does not want a single soul that He created to end up in hell, but that choice is up to each individual. You can tell people how much Jesus loves them all you want, and you can tell them that He died on the cross, but if you do not tell them why He died on the cross, and just what they are believing in then, they will never be saved because they must admit their sin. Now, through Jeremiah, God expresses His anger toward those who are not ashamed of their sin.

[Jeremiah 6:10-11,15-16  To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of the LORD is unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it.  11  Therefore I am full of the fury of the LORD; I am weary with holding in: I will pour it out upon the children abroad, and upon the assembly of young men together: for even the husband with the wife shall be taken, the aged with him that is full of days.  15  Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore they shall fall among them that fall: at the time that I visit them they shall be cast down, saith the LORD. 16  Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.]

[they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush:] There are so many people proclaiming Christ, yet living extravagant, wicked, and immoral lives, and do not even see that what they are doing is wrong. They give their tithes and offerings, and appear to be Godly in church, but God knows the truth, and He will not be mocked, [Galatians 6:3,7-8  For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. 7  Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.  8  For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.]

Jesus Christ Magnified: [Jeremiah 6:6  For thus hath the LORD of hosts said, Hew ye down trees, and cast a mount against Jerusalem: this is the city to be visited; she is wholly oppression in the midst of her. Jeremiah 6:16  Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.]

Today’s Prayer: God, Thank You for reminding me once again of just how much You love me and how blessed I am to be one of Yours. For the life of me I do not understand why you are so forgiving, but You are faithful and just to forgive all my unrighteousness when I come to You confessing my sin. It truly is grieving to see our churches run by so much evil, and I can only imagine how much it grieves you, and how much you just want them to see Your Son again, and turn away from their sin. Lord, put Your hedge of protection around me, fill me with Your power, mercies, grace, compassion, and a passion to reach the lost. And I ask these things in Your name, Jesus. Amen.

God Bless You, I am praying for you,

Christina
