Hello My Friend,

I started to watch a Christmas movie the other day, in the very first scene, they were praying to mother earth, and I could no longer with a good conscious continue to watch it. People are so blind to believe that they can make up gods and expect to be blessed by God. It all reminds me of Elijah, when all the people in the Northern Kingdom were forced to worship Baal, and if they did not it would be the death of them. Elijah challenged Ahab and the people to pray to their false god to send fire down from heaven to burn the sacrifice that was on the altar, four hundred false prophets not only prayed to their false god, but cut themselves, and screamed out only to discover that there is only One God, One Living God to be exact, and that is the LORD, Jesus Christ Himself.

[1 Kings 18:36-39 And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word. 37 Hear me, O LORD, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the LORD God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again. 38 Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench. 39 And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The LORD, he is the God; the LORD, he is the God.]

[The LORD, he is the God; the LORD, he is the God.] Well, they may not have known the name, Jesus Christ, but they did know that He is the LORD, and He is the GOD. Do you think that this pandemic is being used by God to prove to the entire world that, the LORD, He Is The God? I believe that that may be what is going on. I know that before Christ does return that it is going to be near impossible to find true worshipers, the ones who live by their faith in the Gospel of Christ, but Jesus did say this when asked who can be saved, [Luke 18:27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.]

As scary as things are right now I do not believe that Jesus is coming just yet, and I say that because Jesus did tell us that all of these things would be happening before the tribulation, but those who endure until the end will be saved, [Mark 13]. Nevertheless, we really only have a short time before He does return, it is very important that we live the true Gospel because things are going to happen rather quickly. There is something very sad and scary going on, and it is not all this evil, it is the fact that the churches have lost their faith, they are worshiping a form of Jesus, but it is not the true Christ. In order to worship the true Christ, we must believe in all that He is, that He not only is the Son of God, but God Himself, who came here in the flesh through the virgin Mary, and gave His life to save sinners. If we truly admit that we are sinners, believe that Christ died a sinless death to save us from hell, and confess that He alone is our salvation, then we will also believe that our souls are alive through Christ and live our lives through Him as a token of faith.

[Hebrews 10:14-24 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. 15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, 16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; 17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. 18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. 19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; 21 And having an high priest over the house of God; 22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) 24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:]

[Now where remission of these is,] Remission; Forgiveness; pardon; that is, the giving up of the punishment due to a crime. Without Christ there is no remission and you can pray until you are blue in the face, God will not hear you, and will not forgive you of one sin. Why? Wake up, it has always been this was, as I said before, they just did not know the name of Jesus, they still had to worship the LORD, meaning live by faith in Him alone.

[Hebrews 11:1-3,6-8 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good report. 3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. 6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. 7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. 8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.]

[for he that cometh to God must believe that he is,] Can you honestly, with a good conscious, believe that God will accept you if you believe in Him, but not believe that He sent His only Son through a woman who never touched a man? Can you honestly, with a good conscious, believe that God will accept you if you believe in Him, but not believe that He even created the entire universe and world as we know it in six twenty-four hour days? We must believe in all that He is! And what about those who were here before Christ? They had to live by the same faith.

[Hebrews 11:32-33,35-40 And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets: 33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, 35 Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: 36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: 37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; 38 (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. 39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: 40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.]

[that they without us should not be made perfect.] They without us, meaning those who refuse to believe in the true Christ. Do you understand that in order to be saved from hell you must be perfect? And since none of are without sin that means we are not perfect and cannot be saved of our own merit. And that is where the true Christ comes in, [Romans 3:10-12,23-24 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: 11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. 12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:]

[As it is written,] Do you also understand that everything that is written in the New Testament had also been written in the Old? God never changes, Jesus never changes, the only thing that changes is technology.

[Hebrews 13:5-9,20-21 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. 7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation. 8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. 9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein. 20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.]

[Let your conversation be without covetousness;] Coveting is envy in the worse way, it is treating someone with hatred over something someone else has. By faith, we who also believe in Christ, also believe that we will be in heaven, and much more than that, spend eternity with Him. God is not so angry that He strikes down anyone who looks at Him the wrong way, He is a just God, but He is also a loving, forgiving, faithful God, who accepts all who come to Him through His Son. People who do not diligently seek God will always covet what true Christians have, even the devil, but are too proud to admit they are sinners so they can receive the same things.

[For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace;] So many people believe in God, but fail to acknowledge Christ as the only one to get to Him. So many believe in God, but fail to acknowledge that the Bible is infallible, and written by God. So many people believe in the Gospel, but fail to believe every word of God. All of these things hinder and will be death and hell for them, for all who come to God must believe in all that He is, including the true Christ, [John 6:37-40 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. 38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. 39 And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.]

Today’s Prayer: God, I live by faith in my salvation, having never seen Your Son, fully trusting in what He did for me on the cross. I want the rest of my life here on earth to also be living by faith. Lord, as I look to Your Son, teach me His ways, lead me and guide me on the straight path, and let me live a life that is most pleasing to You. Let me not be entangled by those who rebel against everything You stand for, let me also have compassion and boldness to speak Your truths to reach a lost and dying world. Fill me with Your mercy, grace, protection, and power against all evil, perfect me by making me a reflection of Your Son as I live by faith. I ask these things in Your name, Jesus, Amen.
