Exposing The Big Bang |
And now for the truth, below you will find a brief explanation on the theories of the Big Bang and how they cannot be proven. This is only basic information about these studies, I do not go into detail with them. This is for informational purposes only, I will not continue to corrupt myself nor my readers with every theory that tries to prove evolution to be true. These scientist take creation and make up their own conclusions based on bits and pieces of information just as people corrupt the Bible in the same manner. Creation is a wonderful and beautiful gift from God, whom took the time to make each and every man, woman, child, animal, plant, and even rock in its own image. How The Big Bang Began Jesuit Georges LeMaitre (1894-1966), felt the calling to become a priest, but desired to become a scientist. At age seventeen, he entered the engineering school at the Catholic University of Louvain. His education was interrupted with the German invasion of Belgium in August of 1914, in which he volunteered in the army. After four years he returned to Louvain and earned his doctorate in mathematics in 1920. He then enrolled in the Maison Saint Rombaut seminary and was ordained a Catholic priest in 1923. Then studied astronomy at Cambridge University with Arthur Eddington in England, and the U.S. at Harvard College Observatory and M.I.T. After earning a second doctorate in 1927, Lemaître returned to Belgium and became a professor at Louvain. LeMaitre’s, ideas on “big bang” started with Albert Einstein, it was in 1917 that Einstein decided that his theory of relativity, which concluded that the universe as a whole was either expanding or contracting. Since he had no evidence of this, he concluded that he theory of the universe has always and will be the same size was the greatest mistake of his life. In 1922, expanding on Einstein’s theory, Russian physicist Alexander Friedmann developed his own dynamic solutions to Einstein’s field equations, but even that did not stick. Then in 1927, Lemaître, also expanding on Einstein’s theory wrote an obscure paper coming up with a solution to Einstein’s theory. From his theory, he believed that a linear relationship exists between a galaxy’s distance and its redshift (when light or other electromagnetic radiation from an object is increased in wavelength, or shifted to the red end of the spectrum.). In general, the further away a galaxy is, the greater its light is shifted towards the red end of the spectrum (lower frequency). Lemaître reasoned that on its long journey to the Earth, a galaxy’s light is stretched in frequency by the expansion of space itself. The longer the light’s journey, the more the universe has expanded, thus the greater the light’s redshift. Lemaître backed up his claim by correlating published redshift data from Strömberg and Slipher with galaxy distance measurements by Hubble and Humason. In 1933, Lemaître and Einstein gave a series of lectures in California. Recanting his earlier objections, Einstein now called Lemaître’s theory “the most beautiful and satisfactory explanation of creation to which I have ever listened.” The “Big Bang” does explain many quirks about the universe. Among them are background cosmic radiation, the expansion of the universe, and the distribution and appearance of cosmic bodies such as galaxies and quasars. Ironically, the Big Bang theory does explain not explain the "bang." It takes current conditions and attempts to count backward in time. It assumes that all natural laws have remained the same since the beginning of the universe, but even then it cannot explain how energy could reside in a singularity or what made it explode. But atheist scientists don't treasure the Big Bang theory because it explains everything; they treasure it because it explains "enough" to be able to say, "We don't need God for this universe to have been created," as Stephen Hawking has said. Evolutionary creationists, on the other hand, accept the Big Bang, but insist that God was the cause. They take science and scientific law as far as they can, and then add God's miracles to fill in the gaps. Other articles have suggested other methods to come up with their own theories based on the Book of Genesis, such as the “Gap” theory, “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” - Genesis 1:1-2. Read the Bible carefully, God spoke all of these things into existence so the idea that it appeared like a bang is not ridiculous, but their reasoning is. The Bible does not support the idea of an old earth, let alone one that began 13.75 billion years ago. Atheists like to believe the “Big Bang” theory because it gives them the idea that creation did not need God. I always say that, if life itself started with a spec, someone had to create the spec. The Bible clearly states that God made the earth first, then the heavens, the light, and the stars, and from a scientific standpoint, that sounds like nonsense, but they are the ones who will suffer in the end because they will meet their Maker. Old-earth creationists like to believe the “Big Bang” theory because it allows them to believe in God and still accept the “Big Bang” theory because it allows them to believe in God and still accept the insane theories that human science floods them with. In conclusion, the Big Bang theory may be a useful model for deriving new and amazing discoveries about the earth, but no scientific theory is truth. Genesis 1 is the only account of creation that we have and it is transcribed from the testimony of the only One Who was there at the time, God. It is foolish to trust Him for redemption and restoration of our fallen state, but not trust His Word when it comes to His creative power. |
