Message: The Fallout To Envy

Hello My Friend,

Envy; To feel uneasiness, mortification or discontent, at the sight of superior excellence; to grudge; to withhold maliciously. A news article recently headlined, “Guilty! Now, let the trial begin!” in the wake of impeachment hearings of those attempting to remove Donald Trump from office. There is a something grave among the world today, and that is to convict someone before they are even tired. Do you know why it looks like the majority of Americans hate Donald Trump? Or why the majority of people are screaming privileged or racist? Or why the majority of people encourage same sex marriage? Or why the majority support a man changing his appearance to look like a woman? Or why the majority of the world hates God? Pure envy. There is perhaps one to three percent of the entire population that actually are any of these things, and yet, they are the loudest, most aggressive, and controlling the world. And all the while, the Church itself is either joining them or hiding in fear. And let me tell you, it is the Church that is being judged right now by God Himself.

I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.” – Revelation 2:2-5.

because thou hast left thy first love.” Let me tell you, this is the majority of Christian churches today, they have left their love of Christ, and are suffering as a result. As for the Jews, well, the majority of them are still in denial of Christ, and will continue to be until Christ returns. As we continue in the readings of the Gospel, and Jesus’ passion, Luke adds even more insight into what we have been reading. The Sanhedrin; This is the counsel of men responsible for keeping order in the Temple, it is a court, rather, a jury of priests, scribes, and elders, who decide if a person was guilty or innocent in breaking, not Scripture law, but Jewish law, although they claimed everything they did was Scriptural. They had an undeniable hatred for Jesus, and immediately found Him guilt. What was their “just” cause? Pilate called it right when it was recorded in other Gospels that the only reason they wanted Jesus dead was out of envy, but they denied that, and nothing or no one was going to convince them otherwise. Luke tells us that Pilate tried three times to get them to let Jesus go free.

And the whole multitude of them arose, and led him unto Pilate. And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this fellow perverting the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying that he himself is Christ a King. And Pilate asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answered him and said, Thou sayest it. Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man. And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirreth up the people, teaching throughout all Jewry, beginning from Galilee to this place. And Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests and the rulers and the people, Said unto them, Ye have brought this man unto me, as one that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof ye accuse him: And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath he done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go. And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed. And Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they required.” – Luke 23:1-5,13-14,22-24

And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed.” It really is only the one percent crowd of envious, proud haters of God, and everything that He stands for that have the loudest voices. And yet, the people are completely terrified to go up against these loud mouths. Why? Because they literally are the most destructive. Envious people destroy property and lives, and have no shame in doing so. Let me tell you, we all want things that others have, this is natural, and if we trust God, and are obedient to Him, then He will give us more than we ever wanted, but this type of envy is pure evil. And here is the thing, they have no idea that what they are doing is wrong. Luke records two amazing discoveries while Jesus is being crucified. One; Forgiveness.

And as they led him away, they laid hold upon one Simon, a Cyrenian, coming out of the country, and on him they laid the cross, that he might bear it after Jesus. And there followed him a great company of people, and of women, which also bewailed and lamented him. But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children. For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck. Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us. For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry? And there were also two other, malefactors, led with him to be put to death. And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.” – Luke 23:26-34.

Father, forgive them;” Here is Jesus on the cross, looking down on the people as they taunt Him, and gamble over pieces of His ripped robe, and He asks God to forgive them. Let me tell you, the key to God blessing us, not matter what we are tried with, is forgiveness. You see, if we do not forgive those who wrong us, then we become bitter and angry, and that is actually what leads to becoming so envious that we are enraged whenever we see something good happening to anyone else. We will never move forward to see blessings until we forgive them (II Corinthians 2:5-11). We also discover that one of the me being crucified with Jesus was saved. “And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us. But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.” – Luke 23:39-43.

To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.” This is the place, God fearing, souls dwelt before Jesus’ passion, this is heaven, but not the part of heaven where God dwells, it is also known as Abraham’s bosom (Luke 16:22-23). Once Christ arose, all saved souls went up to what is called the third heaven (II Corinthians 12:1-6), and that is where they dwell now until Christ returns to earth (I Thessalonians 4:14-17). Let me tell you, it is these arrogant, envious, evil people who think themselves as gods, who start these man made religions that claim only people like them get to go to heaven. The reason they despise Jesus so much is that He exposes them for the frauds they are. And do they actually think that God is pleased or approves of what they are doing? And let me tell you also, the ones who believe all that garbage are just as clueless as the ones who started it. If your heart is too hard that your eyes cannot see just how corrupt man made religion is than that is all on you.

God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; Neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device. And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.” – Acts 17:24-25,28-31.

And the times of this ignorance God winked at;” Ignorance saves no one. Without Christ, you cannot get into heaven, period. No matter how many man made versions of the Bible they create to remove truth to justify their actions. No matter how many man made religions they create, denying Christ, proclaiming God to justify their actions. And no matter how many man made, Christ proclaiming churches that allow sin in their churches, using their faith in Christ to justify their actions, unless they repent they will die and be sent to hell. “He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” – Revelation 21:7-8.

Today’s Prayer: God, Thank You, for delivering me from the pit of hell the second I put my faith and trust in Your Son as my Saviour. Not by any of my own works am I saved, but by believing in His finished work as I saved. I remember my life before Christ lived in it, and admit that I had bitterness and some envy on my heart over those who wronged me. Thankfully, You opened my heart and eyes to see that forgiveness is the key to Your blessings. Lord, I am Your witness, lead me and guide me, teach me discernment, righteous judgment, and the ability to encourage and invite others to follow Your Son, and not what the world perceives Him to be. I ask these things in Your name, Jesus. Amen.

God Bless You, I am praying for you,

Christina
