Message: All Souls Are Mine

Hello My Friend,

Did you ever do something really good, then once people heard about it all you got was a negative response? That is what it was like with Jesus, it did not matter how many good things He did when He was here, there was always someone trying to make it out to be something bad. Sadly, there are a lot of people in this world who are content to tear other people down to the point that no matter what they do they appear to be the ones who are evil. Something caught my attention as I was reading the chapters that explains why people seem to be so evil and heartless lately, [Matthew 12:43-45  43  When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.  44  Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.  45  Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.]

[and the last state of that man is worse than the first.] You see, the unclean spirit is the devil, and he comes and goes into every unsaved soul, he will leave them for a time, and they will start cleaning themselves up on the outside, but since they are not saved the devil has a chance to come back in. And he does, and when he does, he finds that that person has cleaned itself up so he has no power on his own to turn them back to him, so, he goes out and brings back more evil spirits that will overtake that soul to the person is more wicked than ever. While a saved soul can do evil, the devil cannot get its soul, it belongs to Jesus, [Ezekiel 18:4-5,9  Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.  5  But if a man be just, and do that which is lawful and right, 9  Hath walked in my statutes, and hath kept my judgments, to deal truly; he is just, he shall surely live, saith the Lord GOD.]

So, why do people seem to be more heartless than ever? It all has to do with religion, religion is the worst thing to happen in this world as it is led by Satan himself. In fact, ninety-five percent of the religions out there are teaching a false doctrine, which has led people astray. Do you think that Muhammad is not in hell right now begging for someone to set the Muslims straight? Or Siddhartha Gautama, begging for someone to set the Buddhists straight? Or Charles Darwin, begging for someone to set the Evolutionists straight? The Pharisees were the most religious group while Jesus walked the earth, they prided themselves on their religion, which was said to be a mix of the Law of Moses and tradition. Jesus was in Jerusalem, he watched as people desperately surrounded a pool in hopes that they would be the first one to get in as soon as the waters started moving.

[John 5:3-10  In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.  4  For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had.  5  And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.  6  When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?  7  The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.  8  Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.  9  And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.  10  The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the sabbath day: it is not lawful for thee to carry thy bed.]

[it is not lawful for thee to carry thy bed.] That man could not rejoice in the fact that Jesus healed him, instead he was persecuted by the Jews because it was done on the Sabbath. Many people do not get saved because they are too proud to admit the need Christ, they despise Him so much that they refuse to believe He will save them. The Jews thought that their name would save them, but Jesus called them out on that several times, He bluntly states that if they reject Him they are rejecting God and that will be to their condemnation.

[John 5:24-29,39-40  Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.  25  Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.  26  For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;  27  And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.  28  Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,  29  And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. 39  Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.  40  And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.]

[when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God:] Who are the dead? The souls that do not have the Spirit of God in them. When we are born we are all walking, talking, dead souls, that do not have the Spirit of God in them. That is because of the curse of sin, but the second we hear the voice of Jesus, and let me tell you, you will hear His voice, you will not only believe, you will receive Him as our Saviour and your soul will come to life as the Spirit of God comes into it. And this is where we get the term born again, [John 3:5-7  Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.  6  That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.  7  Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.]

Jesus often did things to instigate the Jews, not to provoke them, but to see if any would open their hearts and believe, He entered in a synagogue on that same Sabbath and walked up to a man with a cripple hand. [Mark 3:2-7  And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day; that they might accuse him.  3  And he saith unto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth.  4  And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.  5  And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.  6  And the Pharisees went forth, and straightway took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.  7  But Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea: and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judaea,]

[And when he had looked round about on them with anger,] Jesus was angry at how hardhearted they were. He knew who these people were, that they were only out to destroy Him, that nothing good that He did mattered. People were coming from all over to be healed by Jesus, but when they noticed that He started casting out the evil spirits in some of them they accused Him of being the one with the unclean spirit.

[Mark 3:20-30  And the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.  21  And when his friends heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself.  22  And the scribes which came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and by the prince of the devils casteth he out devils.  23  And he called them unto him, and said unto them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?  24  And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.  25  And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.  26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.  27  No man can enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.  28  Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:  29  But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:  30  Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.]

[but is in danger of eternal damnation:] This time they were not condemning Jesus, they were condemning the Spirit of God Himself, calling Him evil. Jesus will forgive and save anyone, but those who down right call God evil are reprobates, and are subject to the same fate as Satan. Oh, do not think that the devil is in control of anything, he too will bow to Jesus, he had the freewill to choose, he chose evil and will not budge, therefore, his place will be in hell, along with everyone else who refuse to accept Him, [Revelation 21:7-8  He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.  8  But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.]

Today’s Prayer: God, Thank You for Your simple plan, You do not make us follow a bunch of rules that we have no way of keeping to be one of Your children, You just want us to believe in Your Sons finished work on the cross, His burial, and resurrection three days later for that. While the devil can mess with me, I know that the Holy Spirit lives inside of me, and He is my guide to living in a way that pleases You. I embrace Your gift of eternal life that You have given to me, I may be weak, but Your Word is powerful to fight off the devil, and reassure me that You are with me even when others attack me. I can do whatever it is that You call me ti do because I know that Christ, who lives in me, gives me the strength to do so. I praise You, and ask these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.

God Bless You, I am praying for you,

Christina
