Message: One Human Race

Hello My Friend,

There has been a lot of talk about slavery in recent years, thanks to common core teaching, history has been reduced down to the belief that the white man captured and enslaved the African people. Now, I know there were some that were mistreated, but that mostly had to do with misinformation, and misinformation is exactly what is stirring up tensions all over again today. You see, there are always going to be racists in the world, but this is more than black and white, this is people. Disagreeing with someone of a different color, race, gender, lifestyle, or wealth, is not a racist, nor is not supporting their lifestyle. True racism is having such hatred toward them that they resort to violence. So, what is a race? It is the series of descendants indefinitely. In other words, all mankind are one race, we are called the race of Adam. However, the Jews are one race, being descendants of Jacob (Israel), and Christians are one race, being descendants of Christ through their faith in Him. Therefore, we are all one race, no one is more superior than another, all have the same opportunities, all have the same choices, and God is no respecter of persons. “Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: For there is no respect of persons with God.” – Romans 2:1,9-11.

whosoever thou art that judgest:” Critical judgment of people is the root of all racism. How? It all starts with envy or jealousy over ones success. Racism is actually defined as one race who thinks of itself as more superior than another. Believe it or not, Christians and Jews face more racism than any other people. And there are two reasons for this; One; They are God’s people. And two; It exposes their sin, which they despise. You see, when God’s people go out into the world they have a glow about them, and it is an eternal glow. They are truly blessed by God, which brings a great deal of envy. And if anyone bothered to study the truth about history they would come to understand that America mimics Israel. As God continues to instruct Moses on what would be known as the Mosaic Law, He stresses the importance of keeping the lamps (this is the menorah) burning at all times, even in their travels, at least, one lamp had to remain burning at all times.

Command the children of Israel, that they bring unto thee pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamps to burn continually. Without the vail of the testimony, in the tabernacle of the congregation, shall Aaron order it from the evening unto the morning before the LORD continually: it shall be a statute for ever in your generations. He shall order the lamps upon the pure candlestick before the LORD continually. And thou shalt take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof: two tenth deals shall be in one cake. And thou shalt set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before the LORD. And thou shalt put pure frankincense upon each row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire unto the LORD. Every sabbath he shall set it in order before the LORD continually, being taken from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant. And it shall be Aaron’s and his sons’; and they shall eat it in the holy place: for it is most holy unto him of the offerings of the LORD made by fire by a perpetual statute.” – Leviticus 24:2-9.

to cause the lamps to burn continually.” This light represents the eternal flame of God, which is the Holy Spirit, and it is to never go out. The second the light goes out, there is complete and utter darkness, and in fact, death. Now, Jesus is that Light, He is the eternal Spirit that comes into every soul who believes in and receives Him (John 8:12). “that it may be on the bread for a memorial,” The showbread had oil poured upon it, and it was eaten by the priests as a reminder that they are God’s people, and what He has done for them. The bread also represents Jesus Christ, and what He did for His people, and if we are His people, then we are God’s people. “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. I and my Father are one.” – John 10:28-30.

Every sabbath he shall set it in order” Every Sabbath they were to replace the bread, and eat what was sitting there. Now, since God created the heavens and earth, He has valued the Sabbath, in fact, it was instituted because He rested the seventh day after working six days to create everything. Next He institutes the Sabbath year, once they get into the promised land, every seventh year they will rest from their working in the fields.

Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof; But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the LORD: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard. That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land. And the sabbath of the land shall be meat for you; for thee, and for thy servant, and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant, and for thy stranger that sojourneth with thee, And for thy cattle, and for the beast that are in thy land, shall all the increase thereof be meat.” – Leviticus 25:3-7

meat for you; for thee, and for thy servant,” In other words, they were to only pick what they would eat, no crops would be harvested and sold to merchants. Now, after seven Sabbath years have gone, on the Day of Atonement, every fifty years, a trumpet would sound, and the Jubilee would begin. “Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land. And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family. A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed. And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase: Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years. And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in ye shall eat of the old store.” – Leviticus 25:9-11,20-22.

and proclaim liberty throughout all the land” The entire year was dedicated to liberty, including reconciling debt, returning what was owed, releasing servants or slaves, and another year in which there would be no crops would be sowed or harvested. The land, was on a Sabbath, allowed to be enjoyed for all, they could just grab what they wanted to feast upon, without paying for it. “What shall we eat the seventh year?” Can you imagine an entire year without doing any work, owing one cent, or buying food? This would be done of course, to prepare them for those years by teaching them to preserve food (this is where canning comes in), and to remind them that God is the one who provides them with all their needs. People go into far too much debt trying to make ends meet, instead of one, preparing for what is to come, and two, trusting God to provide for them. God wanted me to point something else out in this chapter. “And if thou sell ought unto thy neighbour, or buyest ought of thy neighbour’s hand, ye shall not oppress one another: According to the number of years after the jubile thou shalt buy of thy neighbour, and according unto the number of years of the fruits he shall sell unto thee: According to the multitude of years thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years thou shalt diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits doth he sell unto thee. Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I am the LORD your God. Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety.” – Leviticus25:14-18.

ye shall not oppress one another:” This means that merchants were to price things accordingly. And it was absolutely intolerable to overcharge as so many do today because of demand. This all comes to the next point, it is not wrong for one to become wealthy nor are they required to spread their wealth among those who are not. However, those who are wealthy are to help those who are poor, and it was not as the world expects.

And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee. Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee. Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase. I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God. And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant: But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, and shall serve thee unto the year of jubile: Both thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, which thou shalt have, shall be of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids. Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy, and of their families that are with you, which they begat in your land: and they shall be your possession. And ye shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, ye shall not rule one over another with rigour.” – Leviticus 25:35-40,44-46.

that he may live with thee. They were to take them in and care for them, these were strangers in the land. And if they owed debts they could not pay then they would be purchased, but they would be like part of the family. And this is where those who purchased slaves got their idea, the Africans, in search for relief from their oppression sought help, and they purchased them. Sadly, many abused that, and did not compensate nor care for them as their own. “to inherit them for a possession;” When we receive Christ as our Saviour, He purchases us with His own blood, that means we belong to Him, and become His servants. And just like He required the Jews to care for and compensate for them, Jesus does the same for us. And while much of children of Israel rejects Christ at this time, one day this will not be the case, they are still God’s people and He will protect their race, just as He does the Christian race until His Son returns.

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. These things I command you, that ye love one another.” – John 15:13-17.

Today’s Prayer: God, I have not chosen You, but You have chosen me because of my faith in Your Son. I was bought with a price, and therefore, You expect me to glorify You in whatever state I am in, whether in wealth, or in poverty. You promise to always take care and provide for Your servant, and I am trusting Your completely for that, for I know just how much You compensate for my serving You. Thank You Lord, for the times of rest, even in my labor to get me to draw closer to You and seek You for the things I need. Give me Your power, wisdom, guidance, and patience to wait for You, and let me not stop praising You even when I do not see and increase in compensation. I ask these things in Your name, Jesus. Amen.

God Bless You, I am praying for you,

Christina
