Hello My Friend,

As I was talking to God this morning and reading the chapters for today, this passage came to mind, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. I and my Father are one.” – John 10:27-30.

neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” I began thinking about the many times that God intervened in my life, and just how many people question His ability to intervene with our own freewill. While God does not mess with our freewill to choose, that does not mean He will not nudge or influence us to make the choices He wants us to make. Also, that does not mean He will not keep us from dangerous situations, which brought me to the reminder that Jesus holds my hand, and never lets me go. We really are like sheep, and when we belong to Jesus, and walk with Him, He will know us, He will speak to us, and we will hear Him calling us. In order to hear Jesus we need to first, trust Him as our Saviour, then once our soul is saved we need to start trusting in Him to take care of our wellbeing. We, being His sheep must always be diligent to know Him just as He knows us.

The full soul loatheth an honeycomb; but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet. Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds. For riches are not for ever: and doth the crown endure to every generation? The hay appeareth, and the tender grass sheweth itself, and herbs of the mountains are gathered. The lambs are for thy clothing, and the goats are the price of the field. And thou shalt have goats’ milk enough for thy food, for the food of thy household, and for the maintenance for thy maidens.” – Proverbs 27:7,23-27.

The full soul loatheth an honeycomb;” Did you ever eat so much that your belly became so full that it hurt? When our belly is so full that it hurts we are pretty much down for the count until it settles. Did you ever go all day without eating that you, and everyone else literally heard your belly growling? There really is something bittersweet about taking that bite of food after you have not eaten in a while, you tend to enjoy it a little more. Our soul feeds off of our heart and spirit, when they are full of the things of the world we tend to loathe life, and Jesus also. But when our heart and spirit feed off the things of God we tend to love life, no matter what we are going through, and Jesus also. The hungry soul seeks the food that only Jesus can nourish it with, but if we fill it with the food of the world instead we will always be hurting. “And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.” – Galatians 5:24-26.

provoking one another, envying one another.” Let me tell you, no matter the walk Jesus has us on, we are all blessed tremendously, so we need to stop provoking each other. I desired my own business for the longest time, and went from one service to the next for years, and did okay, but never managed to make anything stick, that made me a little envious of those who were able to start their own with much success in a short amount of time. Then I finally listened to God, who told me I needed to get a job out in the world so I could get health insurance, and managed to land a job that is truly a Godsend, and blessing me tremendously. You see, when we get rid of the noise of pride that keeps us from hearing Him, that is when we will understand what He is saying to us. The world strives on provoking and envying each other, not to mention, it has no clear understanding of God.

They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them. Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all things. Better is the poor that walketh in his uprightness, than he that is perverse in his ways, though he be rich. He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. Whoso causeth the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall have good things in possession. The rich man is wise in his own conceit; but the poor that hath understanding searcheth him out. When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden. He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.” – Proverbs 28:4-6,9-13.

but such as keep the law contend with them.” I have been studying American History, extreme liberal style, and for the life of me I swear God has put me in this position just so I can see one, that the country has always been divided, two, that they are trying to erase history from the books. And three, of all the religions out there, all of them are accepted except Christian based religions, which by the way, they fail to acknowledge that this country was founded on Christian values, and even its constitution and laws were based on the Bible. We will always be divided because the fools will always contend with anyone who belongs to Jesus, and is not ashamed to tell the world. “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.” – John 15:18-20.

therefore the world hateth you.” The world will forever despise Jesus, and because we choose Him we can expect them to treat us the same way they treated Him. And do not think that there are not Christians who have not lost their lives for their faith, many are dying at record numbers right now, but the media will not tell you that. You see, the reason Jesus is hated so much is that He exposes them for the sinful people they are, and since they refuse to repent, they not only rebel they retaliate by attacking faithful Christians. Let me tell you, we may be in danger of losing our lives for our faith, but every hair on our head is accounted for, and He will save us.

He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. Whoso walketh uprightly shall be saved: but he that is perverse in his ways shall fall at once. He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread: but he that followeth after vain persons shall have poverty enough. He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in the LORD shall be made fat. He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered. He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse. When the wicked rise, men hide themselves: but when they perish, the righteous increase.” – Proverbs 28:9,18-19,25-28.

but he that followeth after vain persons shall have poverty enough.Does this ring a bell? All these fools are out there crying to our governments, free food, free care, free housing, free phones, all the while they are very capable of lifting up a finger to go out and work. I will tell you, I asked God to forgive me for spending a little extra money on my nephews, and church kids that should have been used to pay a larger amount on a bill, and He rebuked me for that. Why? God takes care of us when we take care of His children, He takes care of us when we work, and He takes care of us when we are faithful to Him. I have learned something greatly this year, it is only when we trust Him that He will begin to hear our prayers, even before we ask them. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.” – Matthew 6:7-8.

Jesus Christ Magnified: “He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in the LORD shall be made fat.” – Proverbs 28:25.

Today’s Prayer: God, You want us to trust You to provide us with everything we need and desire, and with that trust You give us much more than we can ever dream of. You instruct us to be full with the amazing things that You have blessed us with, but to always be hungry for what we have need of. Lord, I need You, I know I am nothing without You, and that everything I have comes from You. Forgive me for the times I tried to do things in my own will, and not trusting You to see me through. Lord, lead me and guide me, show me Your path for my life, and give me Your power, wisdom, mercy, and grace to see it through. Let me boldly say, “Your will be done.” and always be faithful to Your calling upon my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

God Bless You, I am praying for you,

Christina
