Message: Finding A Safety Net

Hello My Friend,

The older a person gets the more they see just how much the world has changed over the years, things that we thought were unacceptable are considered the norm today. The norm is what is bringing God’s judgment upon our nations, not just one nation, but every nation is struggling right now. We have to face the fact that things are going to get worse, a lot worse, and it’s time to put away the false gods, and return to Christ. While God does place judgment upon our nations, He also provides a safety net for those who have put their faith and trust in His Son, Jesus Christ. “For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will. For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.” – John 5:21-24.

II Kings goes into more detail regarding the siege of Judah by Babylon, while Babylon was taking control of Jerusalem, all the Jews were being taken captive, and sent to Babylon, all that were left in Jerusalem were a remnant of people too poor to be of value to them. Nebuchadnezzar also took the possessions remaining in the Temple.

Surely at the commandment of the LORD came this upon Judah, to remove them out of his sight, for the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he did; And also for the innocent blood that he shed: for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood; which the LORD would not pardon. Jehoiachin was eighteen years old when he began to reign, and he reigned in Jerusalem three months. And his mother’s name was Nehushta, the daughter of Elnathan of Jerusalem. And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his father had done. At that time the servants of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up against Jerusalem, and the city was besieged. And he carried out thence all the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king’s house, and cut in pieces all the vessels of gold which Solomon king of Israel had made in the temple of the LORD, as the LORD had said. And he carried away all Jerusalem, and all the princes, and all the mighty men of valour, even ten thousand captives, and all the craftsmen and smiths: none remained, save the poorest sort of the people of the land. And the king of Babylon made Mattaniah his father’s brother king in his stead, and changed his name to Zedekiah.” – II Kings 24:3-10,13-14,17.

And also for the innocent blood that he shed:” The second I read this I immediately thought of all the babies that die in this country in and out of the womb, life itself is disregarded, thrown away as if it is nothing. We all want to take care of our needs first, but this is beyond reasonable doubt, this is down right despicable, and God will not tolerate it. I have always said that if something happened to where I ended up getting pregnant under estranged circumstances I could never take it out on the baby. To God every life is precious or He would not have planted it in the womb, there are no mistakes, He did not make one a male that should not have been, He did not put an illness on one that should not have been, they are all precious. “My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!” – Psalm 139:15-17.

Nations, once Christian centered, whom have forgotten God, cannot continue to go in the direction they are going and not face the wrath of God. I mean, come on, what happened to morality? You cannot even walk down the street without being exposed to sinful lifestyles. God has made His decision, judgment is coming, and we better get right with Him before final judgment comes. He has had it with false gods, religion, and the shed of innocent blood. God did not cause all these things to happen, wicked, selfish, immoral, and religious people, caused it, but He is finishing it. God used Nebuchadnezzar to judge Judah, he carried most of the Jews into Babylon, only left the really poor behind, and completely destroyed the nation that God put His name on.

And they burnt the house of God, and brake down the wall of Jerusalem, and burnt all the palaces thereof with fire, and destroyed all the goodly vessels thereof. And them that had escaped from the sword carried he away to Babylon; where they were servants to him and his sons until the reign of the kingdom of Persia: To fulfil the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years. Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying, Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath the LORD God of heaven given me; and he hath charged me to build him an house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people? The LORD his God be with him, and let him go up.” – II Chronicles 36:19-23.

Who is there among you of all his people?” God is calling on you, He is depending on you. Are you going to stand up and help Him build His house? God needs willing vessels, people who are not double minded, not trying to be God, who are strong in their faith. We need to stand true to Jesus, not fight with each other, love one another as Jesus loves us. Stop letting the devil hinder you from doing what you ought to be doing, leading the lost to Christ. “See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. Quench not the Spirit. Despise not prophesyings. Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Abstain from all appearance of evil. And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.” – I Thessalonians 5:15-24.

Once they had taken all the Jews out of the city, the temple, the palace, and all the wealthy homes were burned, completely destroyed. All the glory in Jerusalem, the city of David, the Temple, and everything David and Solomon built for God was reduced to nothing, but ashes and crumbled walls.

And in the fifth month, on the seventh day of the month, which is the nineteenth year of king Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, came Nebuzaradan, captain of the guard, a servant of the king of Babylon, unto Jerusalem: And he burnt the house of the LORD, and the king’s house, and all the houses of Jerusalem, and every great man’s house burnt he with fire. And all the army of the Chaldees, that were with the captain of the guard, brake down the walls of Jerusalem round about. Now the rest of the people that were left in the city, and the fugitives that fell away to the king of Babylon, with the remnant of the multitude, did Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carry away. But the captain of the guard left of the poor of the land to be vinedressers and husbandmen.” – II Kings 25:8-12.

The things that are happening now, are only the beginning, nothing will be more severe than what will take place during the final judgment. When Jesus returns, that is it, every person dead or alive will stand before Him, and He is going to ask one question, “Do you know me?”, to determine whether or not we spend eternity in His Kingdom or the lake of fire. “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” – Matthew 7:21-23.

Jesus Christ Magnified: “And changed his prison garments: and he did eat bread continually before him all the days of his life.” – II Kings 25:29. Jesus sets us free, cleans us up, and feeds us with His bread, which keeps our soul alive eternally.

Today’s Prayer: God, It’s so sad to see all the world falling apart, even my own nation has forsaken You, and turned to wicked lifestyles, idols, and false religion. I know judgment is coming, and is in the works right now, we need a revival, a spiritual revival of all who know You, but are afraid to stand up speak the truth. Lord, give us Your power to get up and fight, give us the strength to keep going in Your truths, lead us not into temptation, and let us not fall into the traps of the world. Help us to be the God fearing, moral children You love, and let us be a witness and a testimony of Your love through Your Son. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

God Bless You, I am praying for you,

Christina
